We embarked on a magical journey for a Harvest Experience. We began our harvest ritual under the moonlight on the brightest night of the full moon in October.
We hand-picked our olives at night, away from sunlight and temperature variations,
, in the light of teachings from ancient beliefs. We wasted no time in crafting the perfect olive oil,
and explored the impressive combination of scent, taste and aroma. We called the new limited edition harvest series,
